                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE CITY 
                  FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                  RESPECTIVELY, AMENDMENT NO. 2 (FINAL) TO THE 
                  AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY RELATIVE 
                  TO BROWNTOWN ROAD COLLECTION SYSTEM, CONTRACT 
                  NO. 77, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY-TWO 
                  THOUSAND DOLLARS ($22,000.00) FOR A REVISED 
                  TOTAL COST OF ONE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND 
                  DOLLARS ($147,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, Amendment No. 2 
       (Final) to the Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley relative to 
       Browntown Road Collection System, Contract No. 77, for a 
       consideration of $22,000.00 for a revised total cost of 
       $147,000.00.
